Day of Silence and Sitting: Saturday February 22, 9am-4pm

Join us on Saturday February 22, 9am-4pm for a day of silence, sitting, and walking. No teisho, no chanting, and no talking.  We will sit from 9am-noon and from 1pm-4pm.

You can come for part or all of the day. We will sit in our usual 25 minute rounds, broken up by 5 minutes of kinhin (walking).  There will also be opportunity to walk on our land, weather permitting, for those who wish to do so. Please bring your own lunch.

No cost or registration, but dana that supports our beautiful center is recommended and deeply appreciated. All are invited for this day of restive silence and meditation.
