Sesshin is more accurately translated to “encounter of the heart-mind\,” a more acute description of what is really going on when we embark on longer periods of meditation practice. \nIn the lead up to our November weekend sesshin\, join Sanbo Zen teacher Scott Thornton and Mountain Cloud’s Communications Manager Abby Shepard for a shared exploration about what “encounter of the heart-mind” really means.
