SUMMARY:Wisdom Wednesday: "Sunsets from Inside" with Colleen Shaughnessy
DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, July 15th  |  5:30–6:30 PM\nMeditation begins at 5:30 pm MT\, followed by the practice share and discussion at 6:00 pm MT \nLed by Colleen Shaughnessy\, this evening features meditation\, a brief practice share\, an opportunity to ask questions\, and a chance to share your experiences with practice. \nColleen’s share is titled\, “Sunsets from Inside.” In connection with Mountain Cloud’s Zazenkai last weekend in which Valerie focused on Sister Elaine MacInnes Roshi and how her Zen practice manifested in her service within prisons\, Colleen will reflect on her own experiences teaching and sitting with people who are incarcerated. \nThese sessions are designed to enhance your practice and also provide an opportunity to connect with the local sangha community. This hybrid event is free and registration is not required. Please arrive five to ten minutes ahead of the scheduled time.  \nTo participate online\, please click on the zoom link below.\n \nsit.mountaincloud.org\nPasscode: mountain22 \nTrouble logging on to our online sits? Click here for guidance.
