DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, April 30th  |  5:30–6:30 PM\nMeditation begins at 5:30 pm MT\, followed by the talk and discussion at 6:00 pm MT \nLed by Nancy O’Connor\, this evening features meditation\, a brief dharma talk or practice share\, an opportunity to ask questions\, and a chance to share your experiences with practice. These sessions are designed to enhance your practice and also provide an opportunity to connect with the local sangha community. This hybrid event is free and registration is not required. Need help with time zone conversion? Use the World Time Buddy \n∞ \n\nNancy O’Connor began Zen practice in 1976 at the Denver Zen Center\, an affiliate group of Phillip Kapleau and the Rochester Zen Center. Two years later she moved to Santa Fe and has lived here ever since. She is the mother of four beautiful human beings. \nNancy has a MA from St. John’s College; she taught for several decades at the College of Santa Fe and was the tutor coordinator for their Student Support Services. Since 2010\, she has worked as a freelance book editor. A member of Mountain Cloud since 1990\, she continues to be inspired by the center’s thick\, resilient adobe walls and the people who sit facing them. Some of her favorite practices are cooking\, gardening\, climate change activism\, and hiking with friends in the beautiful mountains of northern New Mexico.
