Meditation Weekend – Virtual Retreat April 25-26

Meditation Weekend Retreat
April 25-26, Saturday and Sunday
Registration open through Saturday morning

This weekend retreat is open to anyone who would like to deepen and share their meditation practice with others. We will be meeting in our virtual zendo for two days of practice. There will be talks from Henry, some guided meditation, and deep sitting together, as well as some time for Q&A with Henry. We will also be offering some limited movement practice that can be followed online for those who are interested. (Anyone is of course welcome to continue sitting through those brief segments if they prefer.)

If you haven’t attended an online retreat from home before, this is a great way to try it out. The schedule is relatively light, yet long enough to go deep in our sitting.

Hours on both days: 9-12 and 1-4pm MT
We hope these hours will allow friends in multiple time zones
to participate without too much difficulty.

Sliding Scale: $50-125
or a payment of any amount if your finances are limited

Click here to make a payment, enter April Retreat for Purpose. Your payment is your registration.

We will be offering some simple guidelines on retreat practice at home during the retreat prior to the weekend. Also retreat access will be emailed by April 20, hopefully earlier.

This is addressed to all who made the retreat possible but particularly to Henry!

I just wanted to express my deep appreciation and gratitude for this wonderful virtual retreat. I
apologize that I am of a generation not familiar with Zoom chat so I am sending my appreciation
here. I don”t know how many participants were in my situation, having lost all their work from 1 day to the next, and having lost their beloved Zen teacher in 2106 but Henry you helped me so
much. You have given me clarity on some points I dared not vocalize and words that helped me
continue in the direction I had been led my my Teacher. This virtual sesshin was a blessing because you had been suggested to me as a possible guide but you are in New Mexico and I
am in Montreal,Canada and we have Covid 19- What a blessing!! Thank you so much and for your generosity of sharing your wisdom and accepting donations. The retreat was wonderful and far better than I had ever hoped for. Please give my thanks to all who made this possible. Aspecial note of thanks to Luke for the movement sequences -just Perfect !! With deep gratitude, SuzannePlante
