Rohatsu Sesshin Registration

Please register here to attend the Rohatsu Sesshin taking place Saturday, December 6th – Friday, December 12th. Note: We are not currently accepting registrations for onsite attendees. If you are interested in joining onsite, you can use this form to join a wait list and we will notify you if space become available.

If this will be your first 6-day sesshin at Mountain Cloud, please fill out our sesshin application before registering. This application will allow our teachers to get a sense of your practice and retreat experience.

A scholarship registration is also available. Scholarships are covered with the help of generous donations from fellow sangha members, with the intention to make these precious experiences available to those otherwise excluded, as a step towards inclusivity and wide welcome in this shared practice. We have intentionally removed barriers to applying for the scholarship in trust and compassion for each one’s discernment. If you are able, please consider making a donation to help support our scholarship offerings.

Cancellation policy

• In-Person Attendees: You can receive a full refund (minus a 5% administrative and payment processing fee) if you cancel at least 2 weeks in advance. If you cancel between 7-14 days in advance, we will convert your registration to online attendance and refund the difference in cost. If you cancel within one week, you will be automatically converted to an online participant and receive no refund.
• Online Attendees: You can receive a full refund (minus a 5% administrative and payment processing fee) up to the day before the start of the event. No refunds are offered after the event begins.
