A Zazenkai is a daylong sit which allows meditators to devote one full day to their practice. If you are new to meditation and have never done a retreat (single or multi-day), a Zazenkai is a great way to get your feet wet with longer periods of silent sitting practice. The day consists of sitting and walking meditation. One or two movement sessions, a dharmatalk from Valerie and Q&A in the afternoon.

Experienced practitioners benefit from these daylong retreats which deepen practice.  This Zazenkai will be both online and on-site. If you plan to come in person please bring your own lunch, tea will be provided. Also, be sure to read and follow our COVID-19 Protocols.

Schedule (Mountain Time)
