This month, our members’ offering welcomes back Nancy Mujo Baker Roshi to Mountain Cloud for a discussion on the Precepts and their integration into our practice and daily lives. She is the author of Opening to Oneness: A Practical and Philosophical Guide to the Precepts, which serves as the inspiration for this enlightening event. .The recording of this discussion will be shared with members, and we will send a reminder along with the Zoom link closer to the event date. Nancy Mujo Baker Roshi is a distinguished Zen teacher and writer, renowned as the founding teacher of the No Traces Sangha within the lineage of Maezumi Roshi’s White Plum Sangha. Recognized as a Dharma successor to Bernie Glassman, she holds the esteemed position of being among the first fully empowered lay Soto Zen teachers. With over forty years of teaching experience, she served as a Professor Emerita of Philosophy at Sarah Lawrence College. Currently residing in New York City, she brings a wealth of wisdom and insight to her teachings.
