Falling of many kinds pervades Zen literature. What will we discover in a month of experimenting with falling — falling into life, falling into sensitive presence, falling into breath or koan or just-sitting, falling into full-hearted ways of being with others?
In the lead up to our upcoming 30 Days of Zen: Falling into the Heart of This World program, join our teachers for this interactive conversation. Together, we’ll explore how falling has shown up in different teachers’ practice, the gravity of the Dharma, and what might become possible when we truly surrender to this life, exactly as it is.
For those curious about the 30 Days course, we’ll share how the program works and why this format can spark such depth and transformation, wherever we are on our spiritual path.
