Wisdom Wednesday: “Taking Sides?” with Abby Shepard

Wednesday, October 7th | 5:30–6:30 PM
Meditation begins at 5:30 pm MT, followed by the practice share and discussion at 6:00 pm MT
Led by Abby Shepard, this evening features meditation, a brief practice share, an opportunity to ask questions, and a chance to share your experiences with practice.
Abby will share about her experience exploring the “middle way” of practice and action – grounding in our oneness, seeing clearly the systems that cause harm, and embodying our values through taking action.
These sessions are designed to enhance your practice and also provide an opportunity to connect with the local sangha community. This hybrid event is free and registration is not required. Please arrive five to ten minutes ahead of the scheduled time.
