Wisdom Wednesday: Kayla Powers

Meditation begins at 5:30 pm MT, followed by the practice share and discussion at 6:00 pm MT
Led by Kayla Powers, this evening features meditation, a brief practice share, an opportunity to ask questions, and a chance to share your experiences with practice.
These sessions are designed to enhance your practice and also provide an opportunity to connect with the local sangha community. This hybrid event is free and registration is not required. Please arrive five to ten minutes ahead of the scheduled time.

Kayla Powers (she/her) is a place-based artist and naturalist. She makes ecologically focused textile art with and about the living world. When she’s not in the studio, Kayla stewards the community garden at Mountain Cloud Zen Center where she grows plants for dyeing (like indigo and madder root) and for sustenance (like squash, arugula, and grapes). Kayla lives at Mountain Cloud Zen Center with her partner Grant and their dog Willa.
