Event Series: Wisdom Wednesday

Wisdom Wednesday: “Remembering We Are the Earth” with Rochelle Calvert

Wednesday, December 17th  |  5:30–6:30 PM
Meditation begins at 5:30 pm MT, followed by the talk and discussion at 6:00 pm MT

Led by Rochelle Calvert, this evening features meditation, a brief practice share, an opportunity to ask questions, and a chance to share your experiences with practice. Rochelle’s talk is titled, “Remembering We Are the Earth.”

With all of the challenges of these times in our life, it is important that we find and remember how to reconnect to the ways we – humanity – are the Earth. Awakening to our interconnectedness is of paramount importance given the collapse of systems and health of one another and our Earth. Opening to learn more about our connections as the Earth helps us to take part more directly in the care of the Earth. Join us for this talk and exploration into Remembering We Are the Earth.

These sessions are designed to enhance your practice and also provide an opportunity to connect with the local sangha community. This hybrid event is free and registration is not required. Please arrive five to ten minutes ahead of the scheduled time.

To attend in person, please read and follow our COVID-19 Protocols for MCZC’s current policies on masks, vaccinations, and testing.
