This page… answers frequently asked questions about zoom access and provides the zoom links for sits, retreats and the Introduction to Meditation Tuesday class. It also lists our online sitting schedule and offers help with time zone conversion

Zoom Access FAQ and Guidance

To participate in our virtual sits, talks and retreats on your computer/tablet or other device, click on this zoom link….

Be sure to click on the link. Do not cut and paste the link into the browser.

There is no password, it is embedded in the link. Should you be prompted for one, please log off zoom and try again.

If you continue to have problems, restart your computer and try again.

For help, contact us.

Virtual sits include a short walking or stretching period between two 25 minute sitting periods. It’s fine to come into the online sit late or leave early. The zoom platform is flexible and easy for participants to use. If you have not used zoom before, you will need to download the program and install it on your computer. Installation is easy, just follow the directions.

Weekly Virtual Zendo Schedule (Mountain Time USA)

Monday:  7-8am and 5:30-6:30pm – Sitting Meditation

Tuesday: 7-8am and 5:30-6:30pm – Sitting Meditation

Tuesday: 5-6pm – Introduction to Meditation Class
